How to reset eharmony profile?

We don’t recommend you reset your eharmony profile, but in exceptional circumstances our support team can provide you with a link to retake the Compatibility Quiz.

If you want to improve your profile, or feel some of your answers have changed since you took the Compatibility Quiz at sign-up, then once your subscription renews, we do allow you to retake it. To re-access the quiz simply go to Data & Settings in your account.
